How cold should an ice bath be?
Most people start around 10–15°C for two to five minutes and build up from there. Listen to your body, and check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or any medical concern.
Do I need a chiller?
No. Fill it with water and ice and you're ready. A chiller holds the water at your set temperature, so there are no ice runs. Ask us which Arctic Chiller suits your setup.
