botthms Blue Grip Socks are non-slip sports socks with grip on the sole, in blue. They're for Pilates and reformer classes, barre, gym sessions, and for rugby, soccer and hockey players who want better grip inside their boots when they plant and cut on a hard pitch.
Non-slip blocks on the sole lock your foot to the reformer, the mat or the inside of your boot, which helps you change direction quicker.
Blue is sporty and easy to match with team kit, navy leggings and denim-blue activewear. It's brighter than black but still practical for training. It's a good pick for blue-jersey teams and anyone who wants a bit of colour on their feet.
Breathable mesh across the top of the foot lets sweat escape, and the stretchy knit feels snug without squeezing.
A Y-shaped heel stops the sock twisting, and the anti-slip elastic band holds it in place through lunges, scrums and footwork drills.
