Two widths, one material.
Men’s silicone rings
The men's band is 8.7 mm wide, sized 7–14, with the look of a traditional wedding band. It comes in four looks: plain Active colours, two-tone Flow, Speckled and camo Stripes, plus Double rings and sets.
Women’s silicone rings
The women's band is slimmer and lighter, sized 4–10, and made to wear alone or stacked. Choose a solid Active colour or a two-tone Flow ring, or buy two or four at once in a double set or 4-pack.
Can anyone wear either?
Yes. The only differences are width and size range. Wide fingers or a chunky look suit the men's band; a slim finger or a stacking habit suits the women's.
How a silicone ring should fit
Snug enough that it will not slide off when your hands are cold or wet, loose enough to roll over the knuckle with a gentle twist. Fingers swell in the heat and after training, so measure at the end of the day, not first thing on a winter morning.
Silicone or rubber?
Most "rubber rings" sold in South Africa are silicone, and the difference matters. Medical-grade silicone is hypoallergenic and soft against the skin, and holds its shape and colour in sun, sea and chlorine for far longer than natural rubber.

Why silicone: ring avulsion and safety
A metal ring that catches on a rugby jersey, a gym bar, a truck door or machinery can tear the skin and tissue off the finger. Doctors call it ring avulsion, or degloving. A silicone ring stretches and then snaps before your finger takes that load, which is why people who use their hands switch.

You can't try a ring on through a screen, so we made sizing simple. Pick the method you can do right now.
N°01 Measure a ring you already wear
- Take a ring that fits the finger you'll wear this one on.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimetres with a ruler.
- Match it in the chart. Between sizes? Go up, silicone stretches slightly.
N°02 String and ruler
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, over the knuckle if it's larger.
- Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in mm.
- Divide by 3.14 for the diameter, then match it in the chart.
N°03 Your existing ring size
If you know your UK/SA letter size, find it in the middle column. If you only know a US number, that's the first column.

Caring for a silicone ring
Wash it with mild soap and water, rinse and pat dry. Take it off now and then so the skin underneath can breathe, especially after swimming or a sweaty session. Keep it away from sharp tools and open flames, and replace it if it ever tears: that tear is the ring doing its job.

Why wear a silicone ring instead of metal?
A metal ring can deglove a finger if it catches on a bar, a scrum or machinery. Silicone tears away first. It is also lighter, does not conduct electricity or heat, and does not tarnish.
Men’s or women’s?
Men’s rings are 8.7 mm wide in sizes 7–14. Women’s rings are a slimmer band in sizes 5–10 (Flow range also in 4). Anyone can wear either; it comes down to width and size.
How do I find my size?
Measure the inside of a ring you own, wrap a paper strip around your finger, or use the printable sizer. Between sizes, go down half: silicone stretches slightly.
Can I use one as a wedding ring?

Does it stay clean?
Rinse with soap and water. Silicone does not hold sweat or bacteria the way a porous material does.
