Questions
Before you decide.
Something we haven't covered? Ask us in your quote request or chat to us.
How is infrared different from a traditional sauna?
A traditional sauna heats the air around you. Infrared heats your body directly, so you get deeper muscle penetration and better circulation at a lower, more comfortable temperature (18–65°C).
What temperature does it reach?
It runs from 18 to 65°C, which is lower and more comfortable than a traditional sauna, and you control it from the panel or the app.
What power does it need?
It's rated at 3800W and is 110–240V compatible. We confirm the electrical requirements and placement for your space in your written quote.
Do you deliver and install?
We deliver nationwide and install across Gauteng. Your written quote confirms the delivery date, installation and any power or placement requirements for your site.
Why is this sold by quote?
Every install is different: the space, the power supply, and how many people will use it. A written quote means you know the final price, delivery and lead time before you pay. You can still buy online at the listed price if you prefer.
Can I rent to own?
Yes. Spread the cost over 6, 12, 18 or 24 months and the equipment is yours at the end of the term. Ask for rent-to-own terms in your quote request.
Can I try it before I buy?
Book an ice bath or infrared sauna session at the botthms Wellness Hub at Randpark Golf Club, Randburg, and feel the difference before you commit.
