What to expect

What the statuses mean.

Courier scans can be a day apart. Here is what each step looks like and when to message us.

01Packed

Your order is packed and the waybill is created. Orders placed before 14:00, Mon–Fri, leave our Randburg dispatch the same day. The first courier scan can take up to 24 hours.

02With the courier

Delivery takes 2–3 working days to most of South Africa; outlying areas can take a day or two longer. A quiet day between scans is normal.

03Out for delivery

The driver has it and delivers during business hours, usually 08:00–17:00. Keep your phone nearby in case the driver calls.

04Running late

No scan for 3 days, or past the expected window? chat to us with your order number and we chase the courier. Not with you after 10 working days? We resend it.
