Delivery in South Africa

We deliver to addresses across South Africa. Delivery is free on orders of R1,500 or more. Below that, the delivery rate is calculated at checkout from your address.

When your order ships

Weekday orders placed before 14:00 (South African time) ship the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or on public holidays ship the next working day.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch in the main centres. Outlying and rural areas can take a little longer. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout.

Collect for free

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect free from the botthms Wellness Hub, Randpark Golf Club, Setperk Road, Randburg 2194. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during opening hours (Mon–Fri 06:00–18:00, Sat 07:00–13:00). Wait for your "ready for pickup" message and bring your order number.
