Questions
Before you decide.
Something we haven't covered? Ask us in your quote request or chat to us.
How cold should an ice bath be?
Most people start around 10–15°C for two to five minutes and build up from there. Listen to your body, and check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or any medical concern.
Do I need a chiller?
No. Fill it with water and ice and you're ready. A chiller holds the water at your set temperature, so there are no ice runs. Ask us which Arctic Chiller suits your setup.
How does delivery work?
We deliver across South Africa and confirm your delivery date once your order is in. Kitting out a team? Request a team quote.
Can I rent to own?
Yes. Spread the cost over 6, 12, 18 or 24 months and the equipment is yours at the end of the term. Ask for rent-to-own terms in your quote request.
Can I hire one for an event instead?
Yes. We hire ice baths, compression boots, massage guns and saunas for races, tournaments, school sports days and corporate wellness days. See our rentals page or mention it in your request.
Can I try it before I buy?
Book an ice bath or infrared sauna session at the botthms Wellness Hub at Randpark Golf Club, Randburg, and feel the difference before you commit.
