Powerful without being painful. Would recommend. Only complaints are that battery life is shorter than expected, and a device with "AI" should be able to remember the last setting when turning off and on again. Very annoying to have to set the speed every time I turn it on.
I struggle with tight traps as well as lower back pain, and this massage gun has been such a gift! Definitely worth the price, it is light enough to handle on your own and the varying intensity levels are amazing too. So pleased with this purchase and I am sad I waited so long to spoil myself!
