Lite V1 vs Master V1: which should I choose?
Lite V1 (R3,299) is lighter, has 4 heads and 30 speed levels: ideal for daily recovery. Master V1 is our flagship with a 3400mAh Panasonic battery, 12mm amplitude, 6 heads and an aluminium-alloy shell for the heaviest deep-tissue work. Not sure? Start with the Lite.
How do I use a massage gun safely?
Float the head over the muscle for 30–60 seconds per area without pressing hard, keep it off bones, joints and the front of the neck, and stop if anything hurts. Use it after training or before bed for 5–10 minutes total.
